Serious contender. VLADISLAV (4) Nice effort to run into 3rd beaten by 1L last run at the track but back in trip. Competing in a more challenging grade. Big chance. GILLIGAN (5) Tailed off to finish 5th last time here. Is capable of a resurgence but up in class. Jockey Edgar Paucar is very comfortable steering but coming back in distance. Good prospects. STATESBORO (1) Couldn't stay in touch when 4th last time at Mountaineer Park and stepping down to a lower level. Should jump out and bowl along. Jockey Alexander Chavez is highly regarded.
